OUR RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order from us, which is why we have a 30-day no questions asked return policy starting the day you receive your order. So, if there’s a problem with your product, or if you’ve accidentally bought the wrong thing (it happens!) please get in touch as soon as possible, remembering to quote your order number.
Any unwanted orders must be returned to us quickly and in good condition, in their original packaging with any tags still attached. You must take care to open any packaging carefully, and in the case of the straps and covers by either gently lifting the flaps. If you are concerned about fit of your cover or watch band at this stage please contact us rather than attempting to apply it.

RETURNS FROM THE UK
If you wish to return your order from within the UK, please emails us on email@example.com and we will provide you with a return number. Depending on the situation we are able to supply a pre-paid label for UK domestic orders.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (NON UK RETURNS)
Please contact us to arrange to return your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply a pre-paid label for international orders. However, if an item is found to be defective, or in case of our error, we will refund any reasonable costs accrued in returning the order/item back to us.
For all returns, please include the packing slip from your initial order within your parcel so we can quickly identify you. We recommend that all customers get proof of posting for any items being returned to us and keep this safe until you have received confirmation that we have received your returned goods.
